Driving Compliance and Reducing Risk

Over the past eight months, I contributed to a high-stakes project a large national bank focused on aligning enterprise technology standards with regulatory requirements. As part of this effort, I played a critical role in ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across the organization. My responsibilities included identifying misalignments between existing and proposed standards, drafting and reviewing Enterprise Architecture Standards, and ensuring governance adherence for SAP implementations.

Recognizing an opportunity to streamline processes, I spearheaded the development of a proof of concept tool: ComplianceKeeper, designed to enhance document management and compliance verification. Leveraging AI-powered analysis, the tool introduced innovative methods for categorizing and tracking compliance metrics. My involvement extended to the conceptualization, wireframing, and initial implementation of ComplianceKeeper, showcasing a user-friendly interface built to scale.

To support this initiative, I contributed to the creation of a functional design system using Figma and Tailwind CSS principles. The system was tailored to ensure consistency and adaptability across diverse workflows while maintaining the project's confidentiality standards.
